ColorTone lacquers can be applied over smooth bare wood, sanded basecoats of grain filler, ColorTone Sanding Sealer, and over ColorTone Stains. Perfect for touch-up work, or for finishing an entire instrument.

ColorTone Sealers have a high solids content and provide excellent adhesion for lacquer topcoats. For opaque finishes, refinishing projects or oily woods, choose the moisture-resistant Vinyl Sealer for the basecoats. Create a white undercoat by using White Vinyl Sealer (important with metallic finishes).
