CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Weed the sheet with care. If it is not easy to weed, you are probably cutting on the wrong side.Standard machine is washable. Wash garments inside out. Iron garments inside out. Do not bleach.Leave the garment for 24 hours before washing. IMPROVEMENT IN QUALITY: For best results heat press is strongly recommended. Our vinyl is a polyurethane, ready-to-cut vinyl material for customizing and decorating apparel.
It is easy to cut, weed, apply, and is very durable wash after wash.
It is compatible with most electronic cutters. It comes with a pressure-sensitive carrier which allows for effortless weeding (removing of excess vinyl).
It can be applied using a heat press or a home iron. It is very thin and great for layering.
Application Instructions:
1. Apply to 100% cotton, 100% polyester, cotton/poly blends, and leather.
2. Cut designs in reverse. Weed excess vinyl.
3. Preheat heat press to 305 F (if using a home iron, set to cotton setting, no steam).
4. Pre-press the garment for 3-4 seconds.
5. Position design. Place Teflon sheet or parchment paper over design.
6. Press for 10-15 seconds with medium pressure (if using a home iron, work in sections to cover entire design without sliding the iron).
7. Peel the release liner.
8. Place the Teflon sheet or parchment paper back and press again for 2-3 seconds.
9. Wait 24 hours before washing. Machine wash in warm or cold water with mild detergent. No bleach. No dry cleaning. Dry at normal setting or hang dry.
Please note: Actual length could be plus or minus half an inch.

CSDS prints are professionally printed in house using the highest quality products, printer and ink so ensure that you are receiving the highest quality printed vinyl on the market. With name brands such as Oracal and Siser, you know you are going to get a great product you are already used to using!
Adhesive vinyl (12" x 12") is printed on Orafol 3651, a 2.5 mil, 5 year calendared, gloss permanent adhesive vinyl and the ink for this is a 3 year UV resistant ink. Similar to Oracal 651, this is for permanent application and should not be used on walls.
Heat Transfer Vinyl (approximately 10" x 12" sheets) is Siser Easyweed printed vinyl, a 2.7mm vinyl great for use on cotton, polyester, cotton/poly blends and spandex. A TTD Easy Mask will be included with your purchase and will allow you to transfer your cut design to your garment for easy pressing.
Directions will be included on the life and use of all of our custom printed vinyl.

Please be aware that because this type of heat transfer vinyl is printed,it does come with one sheet (12"x12") Siser TTD Easy Mask. It is possible (BUT NOT GUARANTEED) that you may be able to get two uses out of each piece of Easy Mask. Prior to use, use a lint roller on fabric to remove excess fibers.
